The Private Wealth Management team needs to manage, protect and grow clients' financial outcomes through team-based advice and holistic financial plans.

Requirements

  • Proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Knowledge of wealth management software applications and related tools
  • Demonstrated business analysis or product management experience within a wealth management Institution
  • Knowledge of Personal Trust, Custody, and Investment management service offerings and account types
  • Working knowledge of complex account types
  • Proficiency in UMB custody and clearing platforms such as SEI and Fidelity Wealthscape
  • Proficiency in eMoney client portal and financial planning software

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in delivering new system enhancements and process improvements
  • Prepare documentation and conduct training to assist with end-user adoption of system changes
  • Drive identification of requirements across business units through thorough processes evaluation and train end-users on process and/or system changes
  • Support continuous improvement through both technical innovation and process improvements to automate complex tasks and minimize manual work
  • Measure and track usage and value of vendors
  • Envision, create and deliver high quality, easy to use reports, as needed
  • Create and maintain dashboard information that summarizes, analyzes and reports key business metrics

Other

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background
  • 3+ years of applicable experience within Financial Services
  • Great communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Systems thinking and complex problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail, yet ability to grasp big picture
  • Highly organized and can effectively multi-task
  • Understanding of financial services best practices and a knack for generating “wow” moments for clients
  • Ability to balance a client experience mindset when managing and controlling business risks
  • Ability to work independently, collaborating with others to accomplish client objectives
  • Ability to adapt to changing information and business needs
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and communicate complex and detailed information

  • General knowledge of new account opening, investments, client onboarding requirements and cash management
