The Private Wealth Management team needs to manage, protect and grow clients' financial outcomes through team-based advice and holistic financial plans.
Requirements
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Knowledge of wealth management software applications and related tools
- Demonstrated business analysis or product management experience within a wealth management Institution
- Knowledge of Personal Trust, Custody, and Investment management service offerings and account types
- Working knowledge of complex account types
- Proficiency in UMB custody and clearing platforms such as SEI and Fidelity Wealthscape
- Proficiency in eMoney client portal and financial planning software
Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in delivering new system enhancements and process improvements
- Prepare documentation and conduct training to assist with end-user adoption of system changes
- Drive identification of requirements across business units through thorough processes evaluation and train end-users on process and/or system changes
- Support continuous improvement through both technical innovation and process improvements to automate complex tasks and minimize manual work
- Measure and track usage and value of vendors
- Envision, create and deliver high quality, easy to use reports, as needed
- Create and maintain dashboard information that summarizes, analyzes and reports key business metrics
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background
- 3+ years of applicable experience within Financial Services
