Radiance Technologies is seeking a Business Analyst Intern to drive processes, efficiencies, and documentation for several of their critical projects.
Requirements
- Proficiency in software like Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Atlassian Confluence and JIRA
Responsibilities
- Assist, as needed, with the creation of CDRLs, such as PMR slides, MSR, and DAL, for NOVASTAR and MEGASTAR projects.
- Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation of workflows, policies, and procedures, as needed.
- Work with project teams to assist Scrum Master and Product Owners in building backlogs for the development teams.
- Maintain staffing spreadsheets across project teams to ensure coverage and appropriate security clearances and accounts.
- Assist documentation of business development tasks for software group
Other
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business or process improvement discipline
- U.S Citizenship with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI Security Clearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven experience in process improvement
- Strong background in business analysis methodologies and approaches
- Excellent documentation and technical writing skills
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
