Acentra Health is seeking to enhance efficiency, productivity, and decision-making through AI and Analytics-driven initiatives.
Requirements
- Familiarity with AI, data analytics, or data-driven projects
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, SmartSheet)
- Experience with data analytics methodologies and tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
- Ability to perform or support software testing and process documentation
- Familiarity with process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, ITIL)
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and frameworks
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
Responsibilities
- Gather and translate business, functional, and technical requirements into clear user stories, process flows, and system requirements
- Evaluate existing workflows, capture and document potential efficiencies, and recommend enhancements
- Work closely with data scientists, software developers, and AI/ML experts to validate requirements, address technical challenges, and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), develop test cases, and validate solutions against requirements
- Produce and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including functional specifications and user guides
- Develop project plans, set milestones, and establish timelines in partnership with relevant stakeholders
- Facilitate regular meetings, provide project updates, and manage stakeholder expectations effectively
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered
- 3+ years of professional experience in business analysis, technical analysis, or related fields
- Proven track record of documenting complex business processes and translating them into actionable technical requirements
- Proven experience identifying common patterns and opportunities across multiple projects, aligning use cases to maximize efficiency and impact
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects through full lifecycle, including scope definition, scheduling, risk management and resource coordination
- Healthcare industry or government health and human services program experience
