Requirements
- You’re an Excel power user and have built dashboards and models that helped teams make smarter decisions—faster.
- You know your way around Tableau or Power BI and can turn raw data into visuals that tell a story and spark action.
- You’ve built KPIs and performance metrics that teams actually use—and you know how to evolve them as the business grows.

- You’ve got a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field—and you’re ready to put it to work solving real-world problems.
- You bring 3+ years of hands-on experience in business analysis, strategy, or data analytics.
- You’ve worked on projects that moved the needle and made an impact.
- You’ve worked across teams—product, ops, finance, or strategy—and know how to bring people together to solve complex challenges.
- You’ve created presentations or reports that made it all the way to senior leadership.
