Requirements
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience validating and reconciling datasets.
- Experience with data mapping, data lineage, and ETL validation.
- Familiarity with BI/Reporting tools.
- Proven experience working in the Retail or Supply Chain domain (mandatory).
- Understanding of supply chain workflows: inventory, warehousing, logistics, procurement, etc.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Understanding of data lakes, data warehouses, and modern data platforms.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Perform detailed data analysis using SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
- Validate large datasets across systems to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Define and execute data test cases for end-to-end data flow validation, including source-to-target mapping.
- Collaborate with data engineers and testers to identify and resolve data anomalies.
- Analyze processes related to inventory management, order fulfillment, procurement, POS, logistics, and supply planning.
Other
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement review sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Act as the liaison between business users, technical teams, and QA teams.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, wireframes, and dashboard mockups where needed.
- Present findings, solutions, and reports to stakeholders in clear business terms.
- Excellent documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
