- Coding experience (particularly JSON) preferred
Responsibilities
- Capture and translate customer needs into clear and concise business process documentation
- Analyze complex business challenges and provide clarity and structure
- Configure software systems tailored to customer business objectives
- Assess feasibility, impact, and cost of proposed solutions
- Design, administer, and document functional acceptance tests to validate software performance and usability
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training plans and materials
- Collaborate across departments to drive company-wide initiatives
