Requirements
- Familiarity with software configurations
- Coding experience (particularly JSON) preferred
- Experience gathering requirements, optimizing workflows, and facilitating change management within teams
Responsibilities
- Capture and translate customer needs into clear and concise business process documentation, including user stories, workflows, and functional requirements
- Analyze complex business challenges, providing clarity and structure where ambiguity exists
- Partner with customers to configure software systems tailored to their business objectives
- Assess feasibility, impact, and cost of proposed solutions, including change management considerations
- Design, administer, and document functional acceptance tests to validate software performance and usability
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training plans and materials to empower both internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate across departments to drive company-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment and maximizing value delivery
Other
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in business analysis, project management, or a similar customer-facing technical role
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and drive process improvements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated experience leading initiatives and working cross-functionally to achieve shared goals
- A proactive, solution-oriented thinker who thrives in ambiguity and can break down complex problems
