Merchants Bancorp is looking to solve business problems through innovative solutions and creativity, and is seeking a Business Analytics Intern to support their team with various projects and administrative work.
Requirements
- Have completed at least your sophomore year of college.
- All degree programs will be considered.
- High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution required.
Responsibilities
- Learning Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and how to apply it through various methodologies.
- Go through iterations of building, testing and feedback with the development team and business to create and deploy a solution that provide value to the business.
- Data Analysis – pulling data from our applications and transforming it into meaningful information for the business.
- Take what you have learned in your course work, apply it to your projects and then implement those solutions or recommendations.
- Deliver a final presentation of your project/s results and make business recommendations to your department, team members and Company leadership.

- Have a manager and mentor to help guide your through our program and your day-to-day work.
- Participate in weekly HR Development Days to help our interns grow professionally and learn about our industry.
