Communications & Power Industries (CPI) is seeking an entry-level Business Data AI Analyst to support data-driven decision-making, contribute to AI-powered solutions, and translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), SQL, and at least one programming language (Python or R preferred)
- Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to test and validate machine learning models
- Help monitor model performance and document findings
- Contribute to automation initiatives using AI tools and scripts
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing structured and unstructured data
- Build dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Support ad hoc analysis requests from business units
- Translate analytical results into clear summaries for business stakeholders

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Accounting, Finance, or related field (current or final semester if part-time)
- 1–2 internships or academic projects involving data analysis or business intelligence
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
