  • Strong understanding of clinical placement workflows, healthcare environments, and related software systems is a plus.
  • Excellent Project Management skills.
  • Must have advanced skills/knowledge in the use of technology (MS Office - especially Outlook and Excel, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Teleconference applications, document management applications and file management architecture in a HIPAA-compliant environment, database entry and reporting functions, and printer/scanner/copier equipment).

Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends for clinical rotations.
  • Implement an integrated system to manage learner placements in all required settings. This will include strategic planning; new program development; and building strong institutional relationships, including fostering collaboration among academic programs and health care organizations that host OHSU learners.
