Kaman Specialty Bearings & Engineered Products is looking to centralize and modernize data reporting and dashboarding across the company, and is seeking a Business and Data Analyst to lead this initiative.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Crystal Reports and modern dashboarding tools like Power BI, Mendix, or similar
- Experience working with ERP data (IFS preferred)
- Familiarity with Lean principles and manufacturing operations is required
- Proficiency with Power BI and Crystal Reports, Mendix (preferred)
- Data extraction, transformation, and analysis from ERP systems
- Strong data visualization and dashboard design skills
- Knowledge of KPI frameworks and operational reporting needs
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, conversion, and migration of Crystal Reports to modern reporting tools such as Power BI, IFS report writer, or Mendix.
- Own the development and maintenance of dashboards that support daily, weekly, and monthly operations reviews, including Gemba reports.
- Drive the planning, design, and ownership of the Kamatics Obeya room to visualize key KPIs and align business objectives across departments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define, refine, and guide KPI selection across departments, focusing on manufacturing and operational performance.
- Work closely with the ERP team to extract, clean, and structure data for analysis and reporting.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of Mendix-based applications and dashboards for all departments.
- Establish standard practices and governance for business reporting and data visualization across the company.

- Bachelor’s degree in data science, business analytics, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
