NTT DATA is seeking a Business/Data Analyst to join their team in Chicago, Illinois, to work with business stakeholders, product owners, and SMEs to understand reporting, analytics, and data requirements impacted by the migration.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years as a Business Analyst / BSA, preferably in data/analytics projects.
- 3–5+ years as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile delivery role.
- Proven experience working on Data Warehouse / ETL / Analytics projects, ideally including cloud migration or modernization.
- Prior involvement in programs that include platform or ETL migration (e.g., legacy DW → cloud, Informatica → dbt/other ELT)
Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders, product owners, and SMEs to understand reporting, analytics, and data requirements impacted by the migration.
- Document current-state data flows, ETL logic, and reporting usage across Yellowbrick, Informatica, and BI tools.
- Translate business needs into clear, structured user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria for:
- Create and maintain source-to-target mappings (STMs) and data dictionaries for key subject areas.
- Clarify and document business rules, transformations, and data quality expectations for the new platforms.
- Support prioritization of scope and features based on business value and technical dependencies.
- Own and manage the product backlog for one or more squads (Snowflake, Databricks, dbt/ETL, or Testing)

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Travel may be required
