NTT DATA is seeking a Business/Data Analyst to work with business stakeholders, product owners, and SMEs to understand reporting, analytics, and data requirements impacted by the migration, and to support the migration of data warehouse, ETL, and analytics projects to the cloud.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years as a Business Analyst / BSA, preferably in data/analytics projects.
  • 3-5+ years as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile delivery role.
  • Proven experience working on Data Warehouse / ETL / Analytics projects, ideally including cloud migration or modernization.
  • Prior involvement in programs that include platform or ETL migration (e.g., legacy DW → cloud, Informatica → dbt/other ELT).
  • Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, dbt/ETL, or Testing.
  • Experience with Agile delivery and Scrum Master role.
  • Experience with data warehouse, ETL, and analytics projects.

Responsibilities

  • Work with business stakeholders, product owners, and SMEs to understand reporting, analytics, and data requirements impacted by the migration.
  • Document current-state data flows, ETL logic, and reporting usage across Yellowbrick, Informatica, and BI tools.
  • Translate business needs into clear, structured user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria for
  • Create and maintain source-to-target mappings (STMs) and data dictionaries for key subject areas.
  • Clarify and document business rules, transformations, and data quality expectations for the new platforms.
  • Support prioritization of scope and features based on business value and technical dependencies.
  • Own and manage the product backlog for one or more squads (Snowflake, Databricks, dbt/ETL, or Testing).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% (if required).
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
