Requirements
- Proficiency with SQL (intermediate to advanced).
- Hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau (intermediate level required).
- Strong Excel/financial modeling skills (variance analysis, cash flow, forecasting).
- Experience working with financial data, P&L statements, and operational metrics.
- Experience with NetSuite ERP reporting and integrations.
- Familiarity with ETL or data automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Rivery, dbt, Python scripting).
- Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
Responsibilities
- Automate data collection, reporting, and distribution processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Analyze and interpret data to support ad hoc requests and ongoing business needs.
- Develop dashboards, presentations, and reports to highlight key results and trends.
- Write intermediate-to-advanced SQL queries to aggregate, transform, and automate reporting datasets.
- Use BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to build interactive, drillable dashboards with cross-filtered analysis.
- Work with financial data including P&Ls, cash flow statements, variance analyses, and forecasting models.
- Support financial modeling and scenario analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
Other
- 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a similar role.
- Ability to communicate data insights clearly through visualizations, reports, and presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and balancing multiple priorities.
