At U.S. Bank, the Business Deposits product team is looking for a Data Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the company.
Requirements
- Five to seven years of statistical and/or data analytics experience
- Proficiency in tools such as SQL, R, Python, Excel, Hadoop, SAS, SPSS, Geo-spatial tools
- Proficiency working with Jira, Confluence, Power BI, MS Excel, as well as the MS Office suite of products
- Experience in analytics, statistics, and predictive modeling
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets
Responsibilities
- Gather and integrate data from multiple sources for analysis
- Identify trends and anomalies to support data-driven decisions
- Apply statistical methods and tools to interpret and present findings
- Build dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
- Track the impact of recommendations and refine strategies
- Ensure data practices align with company standards

- The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
