Russell Landscape is looking to grow its presence across greater Atlanta by expanding its commercial landscape maintenance and enhancement accounts.
Requirements
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office
- Tech-savvy with mobile productivity tools
- Ability to read site plans or construction documents (bonus point)
- Prior experience in landscaping, horticulture, construction, or property management sales (bonus point)
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new commercial landscape maintenance and enhancement accounts through networking, prospecting, and cold calling
- Develop strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Conduct in-person site visits to assess needs and craft customized proposals
- Maintain pipeline activity and proposal tracking in our CRM system
- Represent Russell Landscape with professionalism and industry know-how at meetings, trainings, and client-facing events
- Collaborate closely with operations and production teams to ensure top-notch service delivery
- Build long-term partnerships with property managers, developers, general contractors, HOA boards, and commercial property owners
Other
- At least 3 years of successful B2B sales experience
- A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals in a competitive environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for frequent site visits
