Inframark is looking to expand its business by developing additional business from existing contract scope expansions and new business pursuits within the Central Region, targeting municipalities and industries.
Requirements
- Develop a targeted market plan, which should include strategies for competitive take aways and development of municipalities/industries who have never outsourced before
- Create detailed maps of the decision making process and all decision maker/influencers for all targets
- Position Inframark as the best partner for the potential client
- Convert the target to a client through client-mandated process (RFP, RFQ, Open Bid)
- Work with existing operations staff to support expanded scope and renewal efforts
- Maintains an active pipeline by regularly updating progress in CRM system
- Working understanding of water, wastewater infrastructure and public works infrastructure
Responsibilities

- Works with marketing and promotion, including advertising, review media, conferences, specials sales, and subsidiary rights
Other
- Meets or exceeds territory revenue quota at standard gross margins or better
- History of success working in the municipal market and familiarity working with city staff and elected officials
- History of success using a consultative selling model
- Effectively worked with consultants and advocates partnerships
- Requires overnight travel approximately 30% of the time.
