Vanguard Cleaning Systems is looking to solve the problem of generating high-quality appointments for its Outside Sales team and expanding its market presence in the Utah, Arizona, Nevada, and Colorado regions.
Requirements
- Proficient with CRM software
- Minimum three years prior successful cold calling and inside sales experience
- Minimum two years prior successful marketing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and closing skills
- Professional sales presentation skills
- Highly organized , self motivated, and able to multi-task well
- Strong listening skills and empathy
Responsibilities
- Qualify prospects through research, phone, email, personal contact etc.
- Develop and Implement innovative marketing campaigns
- Update and Maintain CRM
- Utilize and develop system to create leads and referrals
- Review, follow up and work pipeline of leads in system
- Conduct market research
- Generate quality sales appointments for the outside sales teams
