Responsibilities
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, forecast opportunities, and provide timely reports on progress and market trends.
- Prepare, present, and follow up on proposals and bids to ensure a healthy pipeline of opportunities and drive closure of new contracts.
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions, providing feedback to refine business strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Coordinate with operations and accounting teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and maintain seamless service delivery after contract initiation.
Other
- 3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably within the landscaping or a related service industry.
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, industry tools, and service models required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Horticulture, or a related field preferred.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with experience managing multiple prospects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strategic thinking and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license.
