Inframark is looking to expand its presence within the community association and public sector markets by identifying, cultivating, and securing new business opportunities and nurturing long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- Understanding / knowledge of Association / Not For Profit business management, meetings, legal notices, governing documents, budgeting, architectural reviews, reading of Plats and similar resources are useful.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new opportunities with property owner associations, developers, builders, and municipal clients through networking, referrals, industry events, and proactive outreach.
- Research and evaluate prospective projects, markets, and emerging trends to guide strategic pursuit planning.
- Drive targeted sales initiatives, collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and execute customized pursuit strategies.
- Recommend and help develop new sales channels and growth strategies as market conditions evolve.
- Lead or support the procurement process, including sourcing and managing RFQs, RFPs, and bid documents.
- Develop and deliver proposals, presentations, and pricing materials that clearly articulate value, outcomes, and alignment with client goals.
- Track pursuits, pipeline status, and outcomes through CRM tools, reporting dashboards, and regular updates to leadership.

- Proven success in business development, client engagement, or consultative sales — preferably within community association management, municipal services, real estate development, or a related industry.
- Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust, listen actively, and communicate with authenticity and empathy.
- Strategic thinker with a consultative approach to problem solving and the ability to align services to client needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing and presentation delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Public Administration, or related field - or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2–10 years of relevant business development or client engagement experience.
- Experience in community association management, real estate development, or municipal/government contracting is highly desirable.
