Puro Clean is looking to expand its franchise services in assigned territories by introducing a new Business Developer Specialist role to promote and sell these services, build new relationships, and grow the customer base.
Requirements
- Strong ability to identify and seize business opportunities in a consultative sales environment.
- Comfortable running appointments, leading educational sessions, and attending community events.
- Ability to professionally present yourself in a sales-driven environment, adhering to brand standards and safety guidelines.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset, motivated to exceed goals and targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in your territory to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, Centers of Influence (COIs), and customers to foster trust and loyalty.
- Use a consultative sales approach to educate clients on PuroClean’s services and solutions, while driving revenue growth.
- Maintain and manage a ‘Top 25 Client’ list, hosting lunch-and-learns and offering educational courses to strengthen client relationships.
- Promote PuroClean's brand and ‘One Team’ culture through community events, networking, and local outreach.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by managing and following up on all jobs, ensuring service expectations are met or exceeded.
