Puro Clean is looking to expand its franchise services and customer base by introducing a new Business Developer Specialist role to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build relationships, and promote the brand.
Requirements
- Strong ability to identify and seize business opportunities in a consultative sales environment.
- Comfortable running appointments, leading educational sessions, and attending community events.
- Ability to professionally present yourself in a sales-driven environment, adhering to brand standards and safety guidelines.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset, motivated to exceed goals and targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop New Business: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in your territory to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, Centers of Influence (COIs), and customers to foster trust and loyalty.
- Consultative Selling: Use a consultative sales approach to educate clients on PuroClean’s services and solutions, while driving revenue growth.
- Client Management: Maintain and manage a ‘Top 25 Client’ list, hosting lunch-and-learns and offering educational courses to strengthen client relationships.
- Community Engagement: Promote PuroClean's brand and ‘One Team’ culture through community events, networking, and local outreach.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by managing and following up on all jobs, ensuring service expectations are met or exceeded.
