Puro Clean is looking to expand its franchise services and customer base by introducing a new Business Developer Specialist role to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build relationships, and promote the brand.

Requirements

  • Strong ability to identify and seize business opportunities in a consultative sales environment.
  • Comfortable running appointments, leading educational sessions, and attending community events.
  • Ability to professionally present yourself in a sales-driven environment, adhering to brand standards and safety guidelines.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset, motivated to exceed goals and targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop New Business: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in your territory to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, Centers of Influence (COIs), and customers to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Consultative Selling: Use a consultative sales approach to educate clients on PuroClean’s services and solutions, while driving revenue growth.
  • Client Management: Maintain and manage a ‘Top 25 Client’ list, hosting lunch-and-learns and offering educational courses to strengthen client relationships.
  • Community Engagement: Promote PuroClean's brand and ‘One Team’ culture through community events, networking, and local outreach.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by managing and following up on all jobs, ensuring service expectations are met or exceeded.
