Puro Clean is looking to solve the problem of expanding its customer base and promoting its franchise services in assigned territories, by introducing a new Business Developer Specialist role to help drive revenue growth and build new relationships.

Responsibilities
- Develop New Business: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in your territory to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, Centers of Influence (COIs), and customers to foster trust and loyalty.
- Consultative Selling: Use a consultative sales approach to educate clients on PuroClean’s services and solutions, while driving revenue growth.
- Client Management: Maintain and manage a ‘Top 25 Client’ list, hosting lunch-and-learns and offering educational courses to strengthen client relationships.
- Community Engagement: Promote PuroClean's brand and ‘One Team’ culture through community events, networking, and local outreach.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by managing and following up on all jobs, ensuring service expectations are met or exceeded.
