Constellation Payment Processing is looking to grow its partner base by identifying high-potential Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and integrating them with its Payment Facilitator (PayFac) infrastructure to drive revenue through seamless, embedded payments.

Requirements

  • Understanding of software monetization models and the economics of embedded payments
  • Ability to navigate long, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
  • Comfort working in a startup or scaling environment with evolving priorities
  • Strong presentation and proposal-building skills; ability to influence decision-making
  • Bonus: Experience selling payments or PayFac solutions into the ISV channel
  • 7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or SaaS sales (preferably to ISVs, fintechs, or vertical SaaS)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through new partner acquisition

Responsibilities

  • Hunt and Close New ISVs: Drive outbound efforts to identify, engage, and close ISV partnerships across target verticals.
  • Develop Vertical Insights: Tailor messaging and strategy using industry trends and market intelligence.
  • Build C-Level Relationships: Cultivate executive relationships to uncover strategic and technical alignment.
  • Presenting Data-Driven Models: Create and deliver financial models that highlight ROI and partnership value.
  • Develop Strategic Proposals: Collaborate cross-functionally to craft customized, compliant deal proposals.
  • Manage the Sales Cycle: Own the full sales process from prospecting through contract execution.
  • Support Integration Readiness: Ensure a smooth technical handoff by aligning with onboarding team post-close.
