Meta Reality Labs is looking to expand its wearables business by establishing and growing new B2B customer relationships and driving sales through optical channels.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a role demonstrating execution strategy
- 3+ years of product knowledge launches or training
- Experience in strategy in both business planning and tactical execution, with a clear understanding of the various tools available to drive retail sales
- Experience in go-to-market planning and execution
- Demonstrating expert-level command of dashboards and tools and can communicate to the customer
- Demonstrating an understanding of market share of category, retail partner, and product
- Prior experience in building new business channels or planning and logistics
Responsibilities
- Forming partnerships and developing trusted relationships across cross-functional teams
- Partnering with cross-functional leadership to define and develop scalable processes to identify growth opportunities and drive efficiencies
- Providing clear process mapping for internal/external stakeholders
- Providing product feature expertise and consistently demonstrate this value to retail partners
- Developing standard operating procedures for initiating new account set up and flows
- Leading strategic communication and engagement with retail partner leadership team
- Developing & executing strategic engagement plan & participation strategy for key retail partner Initiatives

- This role will lead all activities standing up new customers in a B2B flow.
- The candidate should possess leadership and analytical skills and experience to communicate and collaborate effectively across internal cross-functional partners
- The position entails establishing and strengthening relationships both internally and externally.

- This role requires travel to meet key accounts face to face.
