Requirements
- Proven Experience: 1+ years in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in the software or entertainment industry.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with additional languages (e.g., French, German, or Italian) highly preferred.
- Networking Skills: Ability to establish and nurture relationships with event organizers, clubs, and partners in your assigned region.
- Adaptability: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, scaleup environment and is ready to take ownership of projects.
Responsibilities
- Expand Partnerships: Identify and secure collaborations with venues, event organizers, and festivals to grow PATT’s presence in your region.
- Market Strategy: Research and implement strategies to attract international partygoers and expand PATT’s market share.
- Sales Targets: Drive revenue growth by promoting PATT’s ticketing, promotional, and reservation tools to event organizers.
- Innovate: Provide feedback on platform features and help design solutions tailored to your region’s market needs.
- Cold-Calling / Cold Approach: Proactively reach out to potential partners through calls, emails, and in-person introductions.
- Face-to-Face Deal Closing: Attend events, meet decision-makers, and close most deals in person, as relationships are key in this industry.
