Lofty is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive top-of-funnel opportunities and expand its presence in the real estate technology industry by generating demand for its market-leading real estate platform.
Requirements
- High Volume Outbound Sales Experience with a deep understanding of building quality sales pipeline.
- Proven ability to generate new business opportunities through strategic networking, outbound prospecting, and attending industry events.
- Experience in business development or sales within a SaaS, marketplace, or proptech company is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Prospecting & Lead Generation: Through high volume outbound efforts, identify and engage high-potential enterprise prospects, ensuring a steady pipeline for Account Executives.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoff of qualified opportunities and strategic engagement with enterprise prospects.
- Trade Shows & Industry Events: Represent Lofty at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events, fostering relationships that drive enterprise sales opportunities.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Know all you can about the industry. We will deepen your knowledge about the industry, competitive landscape, and key players in the space. You will stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics to position you and the company for success.
- Executive-Level Engagement: Optimize outreach strategies to engage with C-level executives and decision-makers, positioning Lofty as a leading solution in the space.
- Process & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities, pipeline development, and relationship-building efforts within the CRM.
