Requirements
- Some knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Applications, including Excel and Power Query
- Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or other business intelligence software
- Ability to develop datasets to support advanced analytics and reporting
- Experience with AI technologies and LLM/natural language models is a plus
- Understanding and ability to conduct data extraction
- Understanding of standard product metrics such as conversion rates, response rates, ROI, etc.
- Ability to identify appropriate datasets to be able to support analytics
Responsibilities
- Create data and reports to identify trends/insights that will influence business decisions. Analyses supported include product analytics, channel analytics, financial analytics, customer behavior analytics, marketing analytics, etc.
- Create presentations, graphs or dashboards to display results of reports
- Experiment with and leverage AI technologies to aid in decision making, problem solving, and simplifying the user experience
- Use deductive and inductive research approaches to support decision making
- Assist in communicating findings to business in a concise and understandable fashion
- Create presentations, graphs, dashboards, etc. to display findings and results utilizing Excel, PowerBi, PowerPoint, etc.
- Work with the business to identify metrics to be tracked, including key performance indicators, client segments, etc.

- Working on a degree in IT, business analytics, engineering, mathematics, statistics, computer science or related degrees.
