Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics, BI tools, and geospatial platforms (ArcGIS)
- Experience with enterprise-level reporting systems, digital transformation projects, and dealer engagement programs
- Knowledge of business data analysis
- Knowledge of requirements analysis
- Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis
Responsibilities
- Manage and evolve the Enterprise Customer Onboarding Dashboard and Weekly Tracking Tool
- Deploy and maintain ArcGIS-based proximity tools for dealer coverage optimization
- Integrate and analyze CEDE, UCC, OLGA, and Dodge datasets to inform strategic decisions
- Provide branch- and territory-level analytics to support dealer growth strategies
- Assisting in the development, testing, and delivery of services/products
- Analyzing existing offerings, preparing technical documentation, and recommending upgrades
Other
- Several years experience in marketing operations, sales enablement, or related roles
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong understanding of retail strategy, customer onboarding processes, and dealer operations
- Travel less than 25% anticipated
