Requirements
- Expert working knowledge of MS Office Power Platform, specifically MS Power BI development, Power Apps development and Power Automate development is required.
- Power BI skillset including experience in DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL queries.
- Working knowledge of and ability to independently apply one or more programming or scripting languages: Python, SQL.
- Utilizes specific approaches and tools for checking and cross-checking outputs.
- Utilizes designated data analysis software (both internal and external) to analyze business data.
- Applies data analysis and data modeling techniques to establish, modify, and maintain business data structures and associated components.
- Utilizes specific organizational methods, tools and techniques for requirements analysis.
Responsibilities
- Develop, validate, and refine related technologies for inputs and outputs from models thru visualization using MS Power BI.
- Analyze business problems and issues by collecting data from internal and external sources to provide insights to decision makers.
- Develop, implement, and maintain BI solutions to meet business requirements. Includes but not limited to reports, dashboards, KPI scorecards, tabular, and multidimensional models.
- Assisting in the development, testing, and delivery of services/products; Analyzing existing offerings, preparing technical documentation, and recommending upgrades.
- Conducting market research to do a comparative analysis of competitor offerings and provide recommendations for developing a more effective product/service.
- Identifying user/client requirements for a product or service and defining technical specifications; Preparing technical documentation and sharing them with senior analysts and technical teams.
- Supporting senior analysts by fulfilling their data requests, preparing reports, and providing technical assistance; Participating in initiatives to improve processes efficiency and employee productivity.
