L3Harris is seeking to manage datasets, generate reports and models, create visualizations, and deliver insights in presentation form to support a nationwide customer in a mission critical operational environment
Requirements
- Expert level experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office products
- Experience generating SQL procedures/queries necessary to pull analysis data from various databases
- Experience using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) tool to generate reports and metrics
- Strong statistical and business metrics/performance analysis experience
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, graphs and charts
- Understanding of Metrics principles, processes, and producing reports
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, SQL procedures/queries, and other internally developed tools
Responsibilities
- Coordinate continuous improvement initiative ideas between personnel and management using established tools
- Produce daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance
- Regularly examines data reports to identify and resolve data integrity issues
- Managing and designing the reporting environment including data sources, security, and metadata
- Generate complex reports from single or multiple data sources ensuring comprehensive data analysis
- Troubleshooting the reporting database environment ensuring tools and reports are working with the latest software revision requirements
- Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading data from a wide variety of data sources using Microsoft Excel, SQL procedures/queries, and other internally developed tools

- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience; Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
- Self-directed and comfortable supporting the data needs of multiple teams, systems, and products
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers
