At Amazing Life, the business problem is to ensure that teams have the right processes, systems, and data in place to reach more churches and care for customers, by hiring a BI Analyst to join the Operations department.
Requirements
- 3+ years of handson experience in BI, reporting, or analytics roles, preferably in a SaaS or startup environment.
- Proven ability to create dashboards, reports, and KPIs that drive business outcomes.
- Deep proficiency in SQL and widely used tools like Salesforce, Snowflake, and dbt.
- Expertise with Tableau (or comparable BI tools) to build impactful visualizations.
- Experience implementing modern BI platforms
- Detailoriented with a strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and escalating issues.
- Proficiency in tools like dbt
Responsibilities
- Spearhead SaaS metrics and gotomarket reporting, ensuring stakeholders across departments have the insights they need to move fast and measure what matters.
- Work handinhand with department leads to establish and track KPIs, such as customer acquisition and retention.
- Tell compelling stories with data using Tableau dashboards and dynamic reports that inform, inspire, and influence decisionmaking.
- Write efficient SQL queries, navigate relational databases, and get comfortable working within modern data platforms to extract and transform complex data.
- Lead the implementation of bestinclass BI infrastructure, such as Snowflake, to elevate our analytics capabilities and data maturity.
- Perform deepdive ad hoc analyses, answer strategic business questions, and turn insights into business action.
- Build and maintain a consistent metric definitions library, ensuring clarity and alignment across reports and KPIs.
