Cellular Sales is looking to analyze data to provide actionable insights that help drive key business decisions
Requirements
- Proficiency in BI tools and platforms such as Power BI, SSRS, and Snowflake
- Strong knowledge in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Solid understanding of data analysis and reporting techniques, including data visualization best practices
- Experience with Excel, including functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic statistical analysis
- Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques (e.g., regression analysis, forecasting)
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R is a plus
Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives
- Design, develop, and maintain custom dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Utilize BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) to create interactive reports and dashboards
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness by monitoring data sources and recommending improvements
- Maintain and optimize data models and structures to support efficient reporting and analysis
- Generate ad-hoc reports and insights as requested by leadership or other departments
- Collaborate with business teams to understand their reporting requirements and create tailored BI solutions
Other
- 2+ Years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field
- Strong Analytical Skills: An analyst excels in breaking down complex data, identifying patterns, and making informed decisions based on insights
- Communication Skills: One of the key traits of a BI Analyst is the ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, understandable manner
- Travel: 1-10%
