Corebridge Financial is looking to modernize its Life & Annuities sales reporting functions by transforming complex data into insightful, scalable, and interactive reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets and performing data manipulation.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based data warehouses, preferably Snowflake.
  • Understanding of data governance frameworks and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Experience with data wrangling, transformation, and validation processes.
  • Programming skills in Python, R, or related languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, update, and distribute legacy sales reports using Cognos Report Studio, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage burst schedules and security filters to facilitate accurate report distribution to wholesalers, strategic accounts, and internal teams.
  • Translate complex business requirements into functional report enhancements and new reporting solutions.
  • Fulfill ad hoc reporting requests and generate strategic insights for senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure data integrity through validation checks, resolve discrepancies, and support analytical teams in data quality initiatives.
  • Develop optimized SQL and Python scripts to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources.
  • Support the modernization of legacy reports by designing interactive dashboards and automated BI solutions.

Other

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, visualization, and reporting within the financial services industry, with a focus on life insurance and annuities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and key business metrics aligned with sales strategies.
  • Implement best practices for data integration, dashboard design, and scalable reporting architectures.
