101domain, Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform insights into action, build predictive models, and drive strategic decisions to shape the future of the internet.
Requirements
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python, Power Query, MS Excel, and other ETL Tools for complex data manipulation, analysis, and predictive model development.
- Expertise in data visualization platforms, specifically Power BI, for creating interactive and insightful reports and dashboards.
- Demonstrated experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies, including querying and integrating data from various sources (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake, Big Query).
- Minimum five years’ experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analyst, or related Data Science role, with a strong focus on predictive analytics and delivering forward-looking management insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven ability to gather requirements from and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable analytical solutions and recommendations.
- History of managing and leading successful advanced analytics and predictive modeling projects, including contributing to data strategy and roadmap development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement predictive models to identify future trends, forecast business outcomes, and assess potential risks.
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced self-serve dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI and Google Looker Studio for proactive monitoring and strategic decision-making.
- Uncover key business levers and provide actionable insights into their impact on company performance.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to leverage and optimize data warehousing solutions, ensuring data quality and accessibility.
- Contribute to the long-term data and analytics strategy, including identifying future needs, evaluating emerging technologies, and defining a roadmap for new capabilities.
- Provide guidance and training to less-experienced team members and conduct workshops for non-technical teams on effective data utilization and self-service analytics.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings with a focus on future implications and recommendations.

- Ability to work in a hybrid schedule in Vista, CA.
