The Boeing Company's Commercial Airplanes (BCA) MES Development & Support – Manufacturing and Safety organization is seeking an Early Career Business Intelligence Analyst to join their Core MES (CMES/Velocity) team to develop, support, and maintain digital tools, dashboards, websites, and automations to execute business objectives, drive metrics, KPIs, and process improvements, and own the digital strategy for the MES organization.
Requirements
- Experience leveraging database-hosted data to feed dashboards or coded programs
- Experience leveraging Python, C, C++, or other object-oriented programming languages to build tools/scripts
- Demonstrated experience leveraging command line tools to interact with programs or remote servers
- Experience using Tableau or Power BI to build dashboards
- Familiarity with SQL
- 2+ years using SQL to query databases
- 2+ years of leveraging Tableau or Power BI to build analytics dashboards
Responsibilities
- Develop, support and maintain digital tools, dashboards, websites, automations and servers leveraged to execute business objectives.
- Develop methods for acquiring and interrogating business data to drive metrics, KPIs, and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports utilized for tracking business performance.
- Own digital strategy for the MES organization, driving tool selection, standardization and consolidation where necessary.
- Track and maintain licensing associated with digital tools.
- Identify opportunities to apply automation to business processes to reduce administrative burden and increase team efficiency.
- Fulfill recurring configuration and compliance requirements for Core MES applications.

- Associates degree in Programming, Data Science, Computer Science, or similar.
- This role is full-time on-site in Puget Sound, WA or Charleston, SC.
