The Business Intelligence Group (BIG) aims to enable a more data-driven Global Affairs (GA) organization by leveraging the GA data ecosystem to drive decisions for cross-team initiatives and support business operations. This role will support key stakeholders managing reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience programming in SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik, or similar technologies).
• Knowledge of low-code/no-code development platforms (e.g., spreadsheet scripts, AppSheet, Power Apps, Airtable, or similar technologies).

Responsibilities

• Develop BI solutions such as building pipelines, dashboards, models, and tools to analyze and present data.
• Develop applications using AppSheet and other low-code/no-code development platforms to automate business processes, create custom tools, and improve data accessibility for moderate complexity/moderate volume workloads.
• Work cross-functionally with teams to understand existing datasets and identify data sources needed to support the business.
• Provide insights to the business through data analysis to drive impact across teams.

Other

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
• Experience explaining technical analysis to stakeholders.
• Experience with data analysis at a law firm, in-house legal/compliance department, within government, or related industry experience.
