Centauri Health Solutions is seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization, addressing complex problems such as uncompensated care within health systems and improving access to and quality of care measurement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience writing SQL queries and procedures (T-SQL, BigQuery SQL).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Power BI, SSRS, Looker, or Looker Studio.
- Familiarity with SSMS, SSIS, SSAS, and BigQuery.
- Foundational understanding of data modeling concepts (e.g., star schema, normalization).
- Experience supporting HEDIS, Risk Adjustment, Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, or HIX client data.
- Broad understanding of the healthcare industry, including terminology, regulatory frameworks, and data workflows.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools such as BigQuery, Looker, and Looker Studio.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain standardized dashboards and reports utilizing visualization platforms such as Power BI, SSRS, Looker and Looker Studio.
- Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures to extract, clean, and analyze data utilizing platforms such as MS SQL and BigQuery.
- Troubleshoot data issues, validate result sets, and perform unit testing to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting outputs.
- Analyze large-scale enterprise datasets containing millions to billions of rows, ensuring query performance and efficiency.
- Assist in the design and management of ETL/ELT workflows utilizing tools such as SSIS, Dataflow and Dataproc.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for processes, reports, and data models to ensure reproducibility, transparency, and consistency.
- Perform regular data validation and accuracy checks to maintain reliability of BI deliverables.

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
