Requirements
- Proven knowledge and experience working with ServiceNow, Splunk, Power BI, SharePoint, Tableau, and customer-specific analytic tools
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Oracle) and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerPoint and infographics)
- Experience with data collection, data maintenance, and data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and patterns in complex data sets
- Ability to logically and systematically convert customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that account for technical, schedule, and cost constraints
- Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology
- Certification in a data analysis tool or technology (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional, Certified Business Intelligence Analyst)
Responsibilities
- Identify and assess key internal and external data sources across the organization to support strategic business intelligence
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define meaningful metrics that effectively communicate business performance and uncover insights from data trends
- Design and enhance data visualizations, including dashboards and reports, to improve data accessibility
- Ability to work with large data sets and perform data analysis, data mining, and data cleansing
- Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools, such as data visualization software
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems
- Ability to identify and leverage databases, data collection systems, and data analytics strategies
Other
- Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions to stakeholders
- Ability to convey technical information to non-technical individuals
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
