EyeSouth Partners is looking for a Business Intelligence Data Analyst to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive strategy and improve day-to-day operations, enabling teams to make smarter decisions.
Requirements
- Strong SQL skills with proven experience writing and optimizing queries for large and complex datasets.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI (or similar BI tools) for building dashboards, reports, and data models.
- Experience working with relational databases and data warehouses.
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis.
- Experience with ETL processes and data pipeline tools.
- Knowledge and experience of cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
Responsibilities
- Design, write, and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
- Build, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports in various Business Intelligence tools to visualize business performance and trends.
- Maintain and provide support for all existing Microsoft Azure Data Pipelines and processes.
- Support all existing operational and administrative processes.
- Support Strategy BI Platform administration and operational processes.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Perform deep-dive analyses to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for business growth and operational improvement.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills—you can explain data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Background in healthcare business analysis or domain-specific analytics.
