Transforming data into insight to assist Finance and Operations groups in making informed decisions and maximizing value offered to customers at United Vein & Vascular Centers (UVVC)
Requirements
- Experience working on technical data infrastructure and developing/maintaining data models
- Experience querying data and working in Azure Databricks as a data source for PowerBI semantic models
- Comfortable working with Power BI and Power Query (M & DAX based coding a must)
- Must understand Power Query, Dataflows, and complex DAX formulas
- Experience in SQL and relational databases including queries, database definition, and schema design
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support data workflows and scripts for operational and business impact data
- Develop visualizations based on user needs
- Design and enforce access controls
- Architect scalable business intelligence solutions and processes
- Create robust dashboards where stakeholders can easily generate insights
- Run ad-hoc analyses to help drive projects and key business initiatives forward
- Document data definitions, key metrics and sample reports
Other
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a Business Analyst or all-around Power BI expert with background in data modeling
- Excellent written, communication, leadership, analytical, quantitative reasoning, problem-solving, creativity, and strategic skills
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
