Crown Equipment Corporation is looking to provide the customer with the safest, most efficient and ergonomic lift truck possible to lower their total cost of ownership by creating, testing, implementing and maintaining reports and ad-hoc queries providing actionable information necessary to support business or customer requirement.

Requirements

  • Experience with SAP system configuration and administration desired
  • Experience with advanced visualization tools such as SSRS, Tableau or Power BI
  • Ability to develop custom and complex queries in SQL for reporting needs
  • Understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS development
  • Ability to implement row-level security on data along with an understanding of application security layer models in Power BI
  • Good understanding of SQL familiarity with creating custom DAX expressions/functions
  • BI reporting tools

Responsibilities

  • Report Creation - Create, test, implement and maintain reports and ad-hoc queries providing actionable information necessary to support business or customer requirement.
  • Business Analysis - Work with the business to analyze data and understand business and reporting needs.
  • Data Model / Extraction Integration - With guidance from BI Dev 2 and BI Dev 3, build, enhance, and support data modeling and extraction of data elements from multiple internal or external databases to meet business or customer reporting requirements.
  • Design and build data load process taking all dependencies into consideration.
  • Support data loading and extraction processes including ensuring optimal performance.
  • Recommend and develop new metrics that may benefit the company or customers.
  • Assist with issue resolution and end user support.

  • Less than 2 years related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, MIS or related field)
  • Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
  • Occasional travel (0-5%)
  • Good written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills
