Crown Equipment Corporation is looking for a Business Intelligence Developer to create, test, implement, and maintain reports and ad-hoc queries to provide actionable information that supports business or customer requirements. The role involves analyzing data, understanding business needs, and translating them into technical specifications for reporting solutions.
Requirements
- May expect experience with SAP system configuration and administration desired or with advanced visualization tools such as SSRS, Tableau or Power BI.
- May develop custom and complex queries in SQL for reporting needs.
- May need the understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS development.
- Capable of implementing row-level security on data along with an understanding of application security layer models in Power BI.
- May need good understanding of SQL familiarity with creating custom DAX expressions/functions.
Responsibilities
- Create, test, implement and maintain reports and ad-hoc queries providing actionable information necessary to support business or customer requirement.
- Identify data needed to provide the desired output.
- Design and develop analytic and reporting solutions appropriate for Business Intelligence platform.
- Fine tune reports and dashboards for optimal performance.
- Assist with issue resolution and end user support.
- Use the latest techniques in the industry to make the reporting process efficient which includes but is not limited to automation, speed, aesthetic designs and reducing complexity.
- Build, enhance, and support data modeling and extraction of data elements from multiple internal or external databases to meet business or customer reporting requirements.

- Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, MIS or related field)
- Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
