Mission Pet Health is looking for a Business Intelligence Developer to leverage their technical expertise to drive value for analysts, business leaders, and field teams, and to adhere to best practices and conventions established by the Mission Pet Health Development and IT teams.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and DAX.
- Experience designing and developing enterprise-level reports and dashboards.
- Self-starter with strong analytical and coding skills — able to interpret data, validate results, derive insights, and build actionable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable data solutions using the Microsoft tech stack (ADF, SSMS, SSAS, Power BI), as well as Python and AWS products.
- Manage a diverse workload and meet deadlines consistently.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, well-rounded solutions.
- Communicate findings and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Continuously improve existing products, processes, and data pipelines.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, or Information Science (Graduate degree preferred).
- 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in technology, healthcare, or retail.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure and deliver consistent, high-quality results.
- The teammate is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 20 pounds without assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
