Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to understand business needs and gather detailed requirements.
- Develop and document business processes illustrating current and future states.
- Propose and design both technical and process improvement that align with project goals.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of requirements, workflows, and implemented solutions.
- Store, retrieve, and manipulate data to support project goals.
- Manage timely flow of business intelligence information to users.
- Design, develop and modify software systems to support business information dissemination.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across teams and departments.
- Ability to work closely with both technical and business teams
