Riverwood is looking to solve the problem of transforming raw data from multiple systems into meaningful insights to support informed decision-making and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and general healthcare computer technology.
- Experience with SQL, ETL development, and data visualization platforms such as Power BI, SSRS, Crystal Reports, or Tableau.
- Strong understanding of relational database design, data modeling, and query optimization.
- Experience supporting financial applications and workflow development, including Payroll (ADP) and Finance systems (Multiview, Meditech, or similar platforms).
- Knowledge of healthcare operations, finance, and reporting processes
- Familiarity with Epic Clarity or similar Electronic Health Record (EHR) databases (preferred).
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (Epic preferred)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from core systems (HR, finance, and clinical applications) into data repositories or warehouses.
- Design and optimize data models to support enterprise reporting and analytics needs.
- Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, security, and compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards across systems and databases.
- Collaborate with application analysts and database administrators to maintain efficient data pipelines and performance.
- Design, build, and deploy reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI, Epic Cogito, or similar platforms.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications and reporting solutions that deliver actionable insights.
- Automate recurring reports and develop self-service reporting tools for end users.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field or similar work experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or database development, preferably in a healthcare environment.
