Oklahoma Heart Hospital (OHH) is looking to solve the problem of empowering clinical, operational, and financial decision-making through data and analytics solutions across the Cogito ecosystem

Requirements

  • Prior experience with Epic data models or healthcare analytics preferred
  • Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, and data warehousing concepts strongly preferred
  • Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, SSRS, or Tableau) beneficial
  • Strong understanding of Epic Cogito, including Clarity, Caboodle, Radar, and SlicerDicer
  • Proficiency in analytical reasoning, data validation, and translating operational requirements into data deliverables
  • Must obtain Epic Cogito Fundamentals certification and at least one Epic Clarity Data Model certification (Access, Clinical, or Revenue Cycle) within 60 days of hire

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain foundational Epic Cogito and Clarity reports, extracts, and dashboards
  • Support data validation, testing, and documentation for reporting deliverables
  • Collaborate with application analysts to align data outputs with workflows and build standards
  • Participate in training on Epic reporting tools, data architecture, and governance
  • Ensure data accuracy and adherence to established standards for change control and validation
  • Design and optimize Epic data and analytics solutions
  • Build validated, actionable reports and dashboards

Other

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, analytics, healthcare administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with technical and clinical partners
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations, revenue cycle, and clinical data preferred
  • Must be able to work collaboratively with physicians and other caregivers
