Emovis is expanding its footprint in the USA and needs to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of its operations through continuous improvement, requiring analysis of operational data to extract trends and inform decision-making.
Requirements
- Experience using analytical tools such as: Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas)
- SQL (for data extraction)
- Python or R (for data cleaning, visualization)
- Tableau or Power BI (for dashboards)
- Basic understanding of: Data cleaning and preprocessing
- Descriptive statistics
- Interpreting data trends and visualizations
Responsibilities
- Create, modify, and maintain management reports and dashboards using various tools, including MS-SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), MS-SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), Pure Incites, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with the client’s IT Department for business reporting and analysis requirements for implementing process automation or setting up business tools for operational efficiency.
- Monitor transaction processing in the system, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data processed while meeting or exceeding performance measurements.
- Evaluate all operations workflows regarding accuracy, effectiveness, efficiency, scope, and timeliness.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of various systems and tools used in running operations.
- Collaborate effectively with other business units, including the client's relevant departments, as appropriate and applicable.
