  • Hands-on Power BI experience: data modeling, DAX, Power Query (M), report design, and workspace management.
  • Understanding of dimensional modeling/star schemas and KPI design.
  • Comfort working with CSV/flat-file exports and turning them into clean, reliable tables.
  • Familiarity with the current AI environment and potential use cases.

  • Workspace administration: Manage Power BI workspaces, datasets, gateways, row-level security, and access controls.
  • Self-service enablement: Create certified datasets, templates, and how-tos that enable power users.
  • Partner with Programming Team: Align on data export schedules/formats from the ERP; validate and reconcile loads.
  • Ad hoc analysis: Run analyses that explain trends (e.g., margins, variances, productivity) and recommend actions.

Other

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, technical, or business-related field.
  • Strong communication: translate business questions into datasets, metrics, and visuals.
  • Organized and service-oriented with good judgment on prioritization and trade-offs.
