BMO Financial Group is looking to optimize business operations and services, and inform business decisions by investigating and identifying strategies, defining business requirements to inform technology build and operations, and sourcing and analyzing relevant data.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining performance management systems (for example, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and lower Microsoft apps).
  • Strong knowledge of governance, compliance, and security best practices within SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
  • Experience with PowerApps, PowerAutomate and other PowerPlatform technologies.
  • Experience with SharePoint Designer
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint development, including customizing web parts and web part pages, creating sites, document libraries, lists and views and reporting functions

Responsibilities

  • Develop SharePoint site and implement automated solutions using SharePoint, PowerApps, PowerAutomate and other PowerPlatform technologies.
  • SharePoint specific required skills including end-to-end development including customizing web parts and web part pages, creating sites, document libraries, lists and views and reporting functions
  • Gather business requirements from internal stakeholders then translate them into SharePoint solutions.
  • Build workflow forms using SharePoint Designer, and PowerApps/Flow
  • Design and implement data visualizations using Power BI for enhanced reporting and analytics.

Other

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field and 5-7 years of relevant experience.
